The Knights end their winning streak with a tough last inning loss. The Knights were the better team most of the game but couldn't close the door on a good hitting Tri-City team. The Knights committed 3 errors in the last two innings leading to 3 unearned runs in the top of the 7th and were unable to come back despite getting the bases loaded in the bottom of the 7th.

Overall, the Knights played well. Their bats were alive and their pitching was mostly effective. The season is still early but the Knights look sharper every game. 13 runners were left on base during the game so there was ample opportunity to put the game out of reach. The Knights look to get the momentum back and face a very good St. Paul Roosters team tonight at their home field in White Bear Lake. First pitch: 6:15pm.
